My work is project-driven, moving between the physical and the digital. However graphic and words are always part of my art. My work explores presence and absence, desire and denial, boundaries and longing by inviting the viewer to pause, reflect, and connect with their own inner truths.

Art Project: From Pain to Poetry.
A collection of graphical poems—hand-drawn illustrations paired with poetic reflections. This body of work tells a visual story of self-rebirth. After a serious car accident split me into atoms, I transformed myself, piece by piece, and emerged from the invisible pain as a Graphical Poet.
Published as an art book in 2022 – Limited edition of 100. One kilo of art, with its 309 pages. Created under my previous name: Jacquiline Østergaard.
During this period, I also held talks on my art book and the transformative power of creativity, how illustrations and words can reshape a life marked by unseen pain.

Art Project: Global Rebalance.

Before fully embracing my artistic journey, I worked as a Certified International Pilates Instructor, Coach, and Enneagram Practitioner. These roles served as a path to healing and transformation following a life-altering car accident.
In 2002, a car accident changed the course of my career. Prior to the accident, I was pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Leadership and Human Resources, with aspirations of advancing in the field. Unfortunately, the accident forced me to step away from my studies and prevented me from completing my Master’s degree.
Through these challenges, I found a new way to rebuild my life, ultimately leading me to my current artistic path as a graphical poet.
